At breakfast, where you’ll find delicious home-made or locally-made jams, crusty bread and hot drinks, you can ask for advice as to how to get the best out of your day.
While Laurence is planning the evening meal, you can try the local honey with delicious cakes baked on the spot or discovered during your outings.
She serves tasty, traditional, unpretentious food in large portions, such as stuffed breast of veal, stews or “garbure”, a local vegetable broth with goose... The desserts and pastries are all made by Laurence. You’ll love the traditionally-flavoured pies and “croustades”.
You can ask Laurence to prepare a meal basket, mountain picnic or special meal (birthday, diet, gourmet, allergy, etc.). Just smile and you’ll get round her easily!
Younger children under 5 are her guests!
